The star classification is based on guest comments and is variable from hotel to hotel. The star classification indicated in each hotel is a guideline of the standards provided in the hotels. The hotels will not be responsible for any variation in star classification which may change from time to time without further notice. Reservations

The bookings will only be undertaken by providing credit card details, valid until the date of departure from the hotel. The credit card details will be passed directly to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Completing the reservation form will not constitute a confirmed reservation. Shaftesbury London Hotels will send you the confirmation of reservation by e-mail or by fax with a Shaftesbury London Hotels booking reference number. We will not take any responsibility for your arrival at the hotel without our/your booking reference number.

Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to adte of arrival ( Before 14:00 hrs GMT ) without penalty. Reservations cancelled on or within 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges.

All Shaftesbury Hotels London have Broadband Internet accessible through your laptop in all rooms with easy-to-follow instructions.

You can also access the Internet from the interactive television in your room by using a keyboard provided in the room.

A sumptuous English or Continental breakfast is offered complimentary to all guests who book through our website, and consists of a range of breads, croissants, fresh juices and fruits, cereals, tea and coffee.

We can now confirm your reservation at any of the Shaftesbury Hotels with just your credit card as a guarantee.
